This lovely Victorian style blouse has a stand up collar, large gathered puff sleeves, which are also gathered at the large three button cuffs. The front of the blouse is adorned with lace. There is lace down each sleeve, on the cuffs and collar. It is gathered at the center back yoke for extra fullness. 100% cotton. Import. Looks great with one of our walking skirts.
