| TERMS AND CONDITIONS We do everything in our power to satisfy our customers Please read and follow the terms below to insure prompt resolution of any problems. Return Policy: Inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Please note how it is packed, especially hats. If not satisfied, repack it carefully EXACTLY AS WE PACKED IT, IN OUR BOX. We will not accept returned hats packed any other way. Do no add Styrofoam peanuts, newspaper, or anything else. The air Spaces in our box are designed to allow the package to take some blows without the force reaching the hat. Return item prepaid and WE STRONGLY ADVISE INSURING IT. We will not be responsible for the shipping company or post office getting it back to us. Please include a note explaining the problem and if you want an exchange or refund. All returned goods must be returned promptly in unused, unlaundered, resalable condition. Sweated hats or scuffed soles on boots are not resalable. TRY OUT YOUR BOOTS ON CARPET. Tonto Rim will not accept returned items sent C.O.D. nor items that were customized on custom orders. Hand creased hats can be exchanged, but not refunded. Hats you design(this includes all custom hats), cut down brims, installed stampede strings, removal of factory hat banded and other alterations renders tile hat non-returnable. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or Good personal check, are readily accepted. Orders placed with a personal check may be delayed for check approval. PRICES and SPECIFICATIONS: Merchandise prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Tonto Rim reserves the right not to honor incorrect prices due to printer error. We will continue maintain the best price available and will change prices only when costs and prices change to us. |
